Returns and Exchanges 

Please be aware before purchasing:

Due to the nature of our screen print transfers, all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not provided. By purchasing Happy Transfers Co. screen prints, you agree to our no refund/exchange policy.

We are not responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly. Please make sure you are following pressing instructions, while using the appropriate heat press settings, fabrics, colors, etc. before pressing screen print transfers. Please be sure to use a commercial heat press to apply the transfers correctly. We do not provide refunds/exchanges due to user error.

Colors may vary by different monitor devices and settings.

Packages are shipped using standard shipping with USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are providing accurate shipping information when purchasing. Refunds will NOT be given if a customer provides incorrect shipping address info or for claims of not receiving package when tracking says delivered. Any issues with delivery need to be addressed with USPS. You assume responsibility for issues in transit if you opt out of the Route insurance.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hrs. if any of your items are defective or damaged. We will look into the request and will get back to you within 24-48 hrs. (M-F)
