Custom One-Color Screen Print (Plastisol) Transfers

Ordering is simple! Select the size, quantity, submit artwork and you’re done! Please remember to email us your artwork, along with the plastisol color from our stock chart (2nd image), after placing order at americanhoneytransfers@gmail.com. Please include order number in the “Subject Line” of the email. Please review our artwork requirements below for additional details and accepted file types.

Our prices are based on minimum order quantity, which means the more you order, then the more you save! Our prices also include the setup fees to produce your screen print from digital design to a screen print transfer. Current turn around time for shipping custom screen prints is 3-5 business days!

 Our Screen Print (Plastisol) Transfers:

• Plastisol Screen Print Transfers can provide the same look and feel as traditional screen printing. The screen print (plastisol) transfers have been tested and proven to provide the best quality prints onto many types of materials when applied properly.
• We use High-Quality Plastisol Inks
• Two sheet sizes available 9H x 12W and 12H x 12W
• Screen Print Transfers are fully opaque and can be used on any color garment (yes, even black!) and a variety of fabrics including 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester and Cotton/Poly blends
• Screen print transfers MUST be applied using a commercial heat press to press. Commercial Heat Presses are recommended for screen print transfers. Household irons and easy press will not work as this will not provide the proper amount of pressure. 

Available Sheet Sizes:

• 9H x 12W
• 12H x 12W

The sheet size (HxW) in inches of the transfer paper. Send your artwork at the exact size that you want it to print. For instance, if you select a 12"x12" sheet, but upload an image that is 4"x4", we will print your image at the size you uploaded (4"x4").

 Artwork requirements:

• No ganging of artwork is allowed. Ganging artwork is putting more than one of the same artwork, logo, text area, label, etc. on one sheet. If you have any questions about our ganging requirements, please contact us at americanhoneytransfers@gmail.com and we will be happy to confirm if your design meets the single image requirements.
• Send your artwork at the exact size that you want it to print. For instance, if you select a 12"x12" sheet, but upload an image that is 4"x4", we will print your image at the size you uploaded (4"x4").
• ALL files REQUIRE a transparent background

Accepted/Not Accepted File Types:

We accept a variety of files. Some are more preferred than others.

• Adobe Illustrator -- .AI, .EPS, .PDF
• Corel Draw -- .CDR, .EPS, .PDF
• Vector files that are created in other programs. This includes EPS or PDF files, see below for unaccepted file types.

We may also accept these types of files:

• Very high-resolution Adobe Photoshop files on a transparent background -- .PSD or .PDF
• Very high-resolution PNG files on a transparent background

Files we DO NOT accept:

• SVG files or any other cutting software files
• Low-resolution files
• Word processing files
• Screenshots from phones or photos of computer screens
• Design files created in phone apps

 Submit Artwork After Ordering:

Files need to be already saved in the correct size for printing and then emailed to us at americanhoneytransfers@gmail.com with your order number in the Subject Line of the email. Print ready files will streamline the process and your order will arrive quicker.

Orders with design assistance will be subject to additional fees and this could potentially delay your order. There are NO additional fees required UNLESS your design file is NOT print ready. If design changes are required, we will respond to your email with details about setup costs and additional fees.

Heat Press Instructions:

• Heat Press Temp: 325°-330°
• Pre-press Garment 5-8 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
• Press Time: 7-9 seconds
• Use Heavy Pressure
• Hot Peel Immediately
• DO NOT USE Teflon/Parchment paper

Due to the nature of our screen print transfers, all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not provided. By purchasing American Honey Transfers custom screen prints, you agree to our no refund/exchange policy. By ordering custom screen prints at American Honey Transfers we assume you have taken the time to read our current production and shipping times as well as our policies and procedures)

Highly recommend testing your heat press with our transfers. Because all heat presses are different, you may have to adjust your heat press settings to achieve the best result based on your heat press. We are not responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly. Please make sure you are following pressing instructions, while using the appropriate heat press settings, fabrics, colors, etc. before pressing screen print transfers. Please be sure to use a commercial heat press to apply the transfers correctly. We do not provide refunds/exchanges due to user error.
